Digital Exclusion Report

A new report, "Access Denied," highlights the growing issue of digital exclusion for older adults. Based on the experiences of over 150 individuals, the research reveals how lack of internet access creates difficulties with everyday tasks, social isolation, and feelings of being left behind. With over 30% of older adults in Wales not using the internet, the report calls for urgent action to provide support for getting online and staying connected, while ensuring those without internet access are not disadvantaged.
